Payments
After approving the prototype, we sign a collaboration agreement and begin your project.
To get started, 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront. For orders under €50 or last-minute assignments, 100% payment is required in advance. For amended invoices, payment must be received before the due date to maintain the original price. Upon project completion, the remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
Once the deposit is received, the design process begins.
Concepts / Revisions
Concept designs (regardless of type) are for approval purposes only and may not be edited, copied or used for personal purposes. ALL concepts are the property of Faré Creations.
Each project carried out by Faré Creations includes three free revisions. After three revisions, each additional revision costs €15. For larger projects (such as webdesign), the limit is four free revisions. This ensures that your project(s) are delivered within the agreed timeframe and maintains a smooth workflow. You are required to respond to emails/messages with concepts within 72 hours; otherwise, your project will be placed back in the queue and completed later according to the schedule.
Restart Fees
Our ability to complete a project on time depends on everyone adhering to the schedule. If a project is on hold for more than 7 business days, a €50 restart fee will be charged to resume work. If the client’s deadline is delayed by more than 7 days, this restart fee applies and work will only resume once payment is received.
Refunds
Faré Creations does not provide refunds once design work has started. Once a project begins, design time has already commenced and refunds are not possible. Switching to another company or “buyer's remorse” are not valid reasons for a refund. After payment, the service begins, and the final design will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. (Note: delivery times vary per project; revision requests may add 3–4 extra business days).
1. Providing Products and Services
We use your data to fulfill our agreement with you: processing payments, handling orders, sending account and transaction notifications, managing your account and enabling you to post reviews.
2. Security and Fraud Prevention
We use your data to detect and investigate potential fraud or other irregularities. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your username or password with others. If you suspect misuse, contact us immediately.
3. Communication with You
We use your data to serve you better and improve our services. This allows us to respond quickly, assist you as effectively as possible and maintain a strong relationship with you.
Confidentiality of Your Data
All personal data you share with us is used solely during the design process and is never shared with third parties. Once payment is received, your data is immediately removed from our systems.
